the best comeback ever!!

it was a stadium full of reds army..and at the first minute, a freekick from pirlo saw maldini volleyed it to go 1-0 up against liverpool. it was still early..everyone would think of that. milan had posession. liverpool closest chance was hyypia's header. but at the 39th minute, crespo scored a pass from sheva and he doubled his tally and scored a wonderful flick..3-0 milan at half time. it was like more than impossible to make a comeback over ac milan.. one of the best team in attacking and one of the best in defence. but rafa was super genius. he brought on didi for finnan and everything changed. the 6 amazing minutes started from the 54th minute. the turning point - a header from stevie g. 56th minute..smicer made a low drilled shot and made it 3-2. smicer pointed out he wanted to play a role in the finals or his last game wearing a red shirt and he did it. and at the 60th minute, gerrard was fouled and xabi made it 3-3 from the spot. the match went wild.. miss after miss, saves after saves (sheva double strike was saved superbly from dudek..sheva's freekick and more).. same with dida, he made some fine saves.. after the extra time, the game was decided by penalties. if liverpool won the shootout it wud have been one of the greatest comeback ever in a champions league final. malas nak ckp byk, liverpool won the penalties 3-1 and sheva serginho n pirlo missed theirs..hahahaha..padan muke, riak sgt! we deserved the cup for our fantastic journey this season.. thanx rafa, thanx liverpool and everyone!!
